1. What We Collect
- Account data: email, display name, password hash.
- Profile & intake: age, sex, height, weight, body metrics, goals, conditions, equipment, experience.
- Activity data: workouts, sets/reps, readiness check-ins, nutrition logs, habit logs, coach messages.
- Notification data: push subscription tokens and reminder preferences (only if you opt in).
2. How We Use It
- To generate personalized training plans, nutrition guidance and coach responses.
- To show your progress, streaks and recommendations on the dashboard.
- To send the reminders you've explicitly enabled.
- To improve product reliability (debugging, error tracking).
3. AI Processing
To generate plans, education content and coach replies, we send relevant profile context (goals, conditions, equipment, recent activity) to AI providers (Google Gemini and OpenAI via the Lovable AI gateway). We do not sell your data and do not use it to train third-party models.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on Lovable Cloud (Supabase) with row-level security so only you can read or write your records. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Infrastructure providers (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) to host the Service.
- AI providers as described above, scoped to the minimum needed for your request.
- Authorities if legally compelled.
6. Your Rights
- Access & export: request a copy of your data.
- Correction: edit your profile and logs in-app.
- Deletion: delete your account from Settings; this removes your records.
- Opt out of notifications: turn off push at any time in Settings.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16.
8. International Users
By using the Service you consent to processing in jurisdictions where our infrastructure operates.
9. Changes
We will notify you of material changes via the app.
